Terms of Use
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the Saddle Tree AI website. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Client work is not covered here. It starts only when both sides sign an agreement, and that agreement controls the work, the fees, and the data.
The site is general information
Pages on this site describe our services. They are not legal, medical, tax, accounting, or compliance advice. They are not a promise that a workflow, an automation, or a piece of software will succeed in your business.
No client relationship yet
Browsing the site, or sending the contact form, does not make you a client. We reply to inquiries we can help with. A client relationship begins only under a signed agreement.
Targets and examples
Pilot target: 35% less time on selected workflows. That figure is a goal we set together, not a promise of a result. Screenshots and workflow diagrams on the site are examples of the kind of system we set up. They are not a client's results, and they are not a case study.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, sending unlawful content, sending confidential information through the form, or misrepresenting who you are in order to abuse the form. We may discard a submission or block a request that looks like abuse.
Intellectual property
The text, the wordmark, the monogram, and the example images on this site belong to Saddle Tree AI or its licensors. You may link to public pages. Do not copy the brand for your own business, and do not present our example screens as your product or as a result you achieved.
Other websites
A link to another site, including a profile on a professional network, is not under these terms. That site has its own terms and its own privacy policy.
The site is provided as it is
We provide the website as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Saddle Tree AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website. Our total liability for a claim about the website itself is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for harm the law says cannot be limited.
This section is about the website. A signed client agreement may set different terms for the work itself.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. If you keep using the site after that date, the new terms apply to that use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky, are the exclusive venue for a dispute about the website, and you consent to that venue. A signed client agreement may choose a different venue for the work itself.
If a piece does not hold
If a court holds that one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands. These terms are the whole agreement between you and Saddle Tree AI about the website. They do not change a signed client agreement.
Contact
Questions about these terms go through the contact form. We do not publish an email address or a phone number for the website.
