Privacy Policy
Last updated 22 October 2026
This policy describes the Saddle Tree AI website. It does not govern information we handle while doing client work. That information is covered by the client's signed agreement.
Who we are
Saddle Tree AI is based in Lexington, Kentucky. This policy covers saddletree.ai. We operate the site from the United States. If you send us information from another country, we process it in the United States.
What we collect
We collect information only when you use the contact form:
- Full name, work email, and organization, which are required
- Role, organization type, staff size, what you are interested in, and a message of up to 1,000 characters, which are optional
- A required confirmation that the message does not include patient, client, or other confidential information
A hidden field is there to catch automated submissions. If it is filled in, we discard the submission. The form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that blocks automated submissions. Turnstile may process technical data such as your browser and IP address. We use that check to run the form, not for advertising.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps ordinary connection logs (such as IP address, browser, page, and time) to operate and protect the site. We do not use those logs to build advertising profiles. Turnstile may store a cookie needed to run the spam check. We do not use that cookie to recognize you on other sites.
What not to send
Do not send patient information, client confidential information, government identification numbers, or financial account numbers through the website. If a message looks like it contains that kind of detail, we ask you to remove it and send it again.
How we use it
We use form submissions to reply, schedule a conversation, and prepare a proposal. We do not sell personal information, rent it, or share it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the Turnstile check, and delivers the form email. Those providers process the information only so we can operate the site and answer you. We do not use a separate form product, a CRM, or an analytics vendor.
How long we keep it
The form emails the submission to us. We do not store submissions in a website database. A backup store exists in our configuration and is turned off. If we turn it on, those copies are deleted after 14 days. We keep the email for as long as we need it to reply, keep a record of the inquiry, and meet a legal duty, and then we delete it.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the inbox is limited to the people who answer inquiries. No analytics scripts run on the site.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the form information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, through the contact form. We may ask you to confirm that you are the person the request is about. We will reply. We will not use the request as a chance to start a sales conversation.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the date above.
Contact
Use the contact form. We do not publish an email address or a phone number for the website.
