SERVICES

Consulting first. Then the system.

We learn the work, set up the automations, and build software when a tool is missing. You talk to the people who do it.

Three kinds of work, usually together

Consult

Interviews with the people who do the work. A ranked list of what is worth automating. A written plan you can decline.

Automate

The repeating path, built around how you already work. A person stays on the step that matters.

Build

Internal tools, connections to systems you already run, and an assistant desk with routines and a review step.

What an automation looks like

A record comes in, the fields get pulled, a draft is prepared, and a person approves before anything is filed or paid.

Example automation: an invoice is read, matched to a vendor, drafted for coding, approved by a person, and only then filed.

How an engagement fits together

  1. Written plan
  2. Build
  3. Platform care
  4. Improvement retainer

It starts with a free consultation. Every engagement is scoped and quoted for your organization. We don't publish prices, because the work, the staff, and the systems change the answer.

Written plan

After the free consultation, the plan is in writing so you can decide whether the rest is worth doing.

Includes

  • Interviews in every department that owns the work
  • An inventory of the workflows that take the most time
  • A ranked roadmap, with our estimate of hours saved for each
  • On-site and cloud options, compared honestly
  • A recommendation on software to build, buy, or leave alone

Build

A fixed scope from the written plan to a working system your staff can use.

Includes

  • The automations we agreed, with a review step on high-impact actions
  • Connections to the documents, mail, and line-of-business systems you approve
  • Custom software when the workflow needs a tool you don't have
  • An assistant desk for the roles that repeat
  • Documentation, staff training, and a plain acceptable-use note for your team

Hardware, when you should own it

Sized to the workload, owned by you. Not the default for every engagement.

Includes

  • Integrator-built or manufacturer hardware, chosen for the workload. We don't hand-assemble client servers
  • Burn-in testing, imaging, and asset tagging before it arrives
  • Manufacturer warranty passed through to you, with repairs coordinated by us

Hardware quotes are time-limited, because prices move. Prefer to spread the cost? We can point you to third-party equipment financing.

Platform care

Ongoing security, updates, and support for a system we installed, sized by users and sites.

Includes

  • Monthly patching and signed updates
  • Quarterly model reviews, tested on your own examples
  • Monitoring, with health metrics only
  • A block of support hours each month
  • Ongoing support after go-live
  • Quarterly access reviews and restore tests

Improvement retainer

Where the hours come back, after the first workflows are live.

Includes

  • Regular check-ins with the departments using the system
  • A fixed block of build hours each month for new workflows and improvements
  • A monthly note on usage and estimated time saved
  • Sanitized change requests, so your sensitive data stays out of our development tools

One workflow

A single automation or a single piece of software. Fixed scope, fixed bid.

Includes

A written scope, acceptance criteria, testing on sample data and then on your systems, and handover.

If the cloud fits better, we'll say so.

Some organizations are better served by a cloud AI service they already use, such as Microsoft's. If that's you, we'll tell you plainly. Cloud-based work is scoped case by case, under your own agreement with the cloud vendor.

What we don't do

  • We don't replace your IT provider. We work alongside them.
  • We don't sell 24/7 support yet.
  • We don't build tools that make clinical, legal, financial, or tax decisions.
  • We don't carry inventory or lease hardware ourselves.

Start with the work, not a catalog.

The consultation is free. From there, we put a plan in writing so you can decide on the next step.
